Plans & Pricing

One standard of work, three ways to buy it

Every plan includes staged updates, backups, uptime monitoring and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility scanning. What changes between tiers is response time and how much development time you have on hand.

Three plans, one standard

Operate

$149/mo

For sites where a broken plugin is an inconvenience, not an emergency.

  • Weekly updates, staged and tested first
  • Daily backups, 30-day retention
  • Uptime monitoring
  • WCAG 2.1 AA scanning
  • 1 hour development time / month
  • Next-business-day response

Operate Pro

$299/mo

  • Priority response
  • 4 hours development time / month
  • Core Web Vitals budgets, written into the agreement
  • Monthly Operations Record
  • Quarterly strategy call

Agency

$99/site

For agencies managing 10 or more client sites under their own brand.

  • Everything in Operate, per site
  • White-label reporting
  • $120/hr development rate for overflow work
  • Dedicated account contact
  • Volume pricing above 25 sites

Priced separately

Most sites are on a monthly plan. A few things are quoted individually because the work varies too much site to site.

Malware removal

From $450, scoped after a scan.

One-time performance overhaul

From $499 for the initial speed audit; the fix itself is scoped and quoted from the findings.

Work outside your monthly hours

Billed at $120/hr, or scoped as a fixed-price project — typically $1,200–$4,500 depending on size.

Pricing questions

What happens if we go over our monthly development hours?

We tell you before we bill for it. Overflow work is billed at $120/hr with your sign-off first, or scoped as a fixed-price project if it’s larger.

Can we switch plans later?

Yes, up or down, at your next billing cycle. There’s no lock-in contract on Operate or Operate Pro.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Onboarding — baseline, backups and hardening — is included in your first month.

What counts as ‘development time’?

Anything beyond routine maintenance: content changes, small feature requests, third-party integrations, custom fixes. Security and performance work is never drawn from this bucket.

Do you require a contract?

Operate and Operate Pro are month-to-month. Agency plans are typically annual, reflecting the account setup involved.

Not sure which plan fits?

A $499 audit tells us exactly what your site needs before you commit to anything. Findings are yours either way.
