For Agencies
Your care plans. Our pager.
White-label WordPress maintenance for agencies that would rather be designing than watching for plugin conflicts at 11pm. Your brand on every report. We stay invisible, permanently.
Maintenance is the retainer you’re already trying to sell
Most agencies know they should be selling ongoing care plans — it’s recurring revenue, it deepens the client relationship, and it protects the work you shipped. Most agencies also don’t want to staff it. Watching plugin updates and fielding 2am downtime alerts isn’t why anyone got into design.
We run the maintenance underneath your client relationship. You keep the account, the invoice, and the trust. We keep the pager.
Your client never learns we exist
Your branding, our reports
Monthly Operations Records are white-labelled with your agency’s name and logo before they reach your client.
Your client never learns we exist
Support emails, updates, and communications about the site all route through you. We don’t insert ourselves into your client relationship.
You set the client-facing price
We bill you per site at a fixed rate; what you charge your client, and the margin you keep, is entirely yours to set.
One contact, not a queue
You get a dedicated account contact who knows your book of sites, not a rotating support inbox.
$99 per site, billed to you
Every site gets the same standard as our direct clients: staged updates, backups, uptime monitoring, and WCAG 2.1 AA scanning. Volume pricing kicks in above 25 sites.
Onboarding your book of sites
Discovery call
We learn your stack: hosting setup, common plugins across your book, and how you like to be looped in.
Site-by-site baseline
Each site gets a security and performance baseline before it’s added to a maintenance plan — no surprises inherited from a previous developer.
Staging environments built
We stand up staging for every site if it doesn’t already exist, so updates never touch production untested.
First reporting cycle
Your first white-labelled Operations Record, ready to forward or present as your own.
Steady state
Weekly updates, continuous monitoring, and a dedicated contact for anything outside routine maintenance.
Overflow development, when you need it
Not every request fits inside routine maintenance hours. When a client wants a new feature or an integration, we quote it separately at $120/hr or as a fixed-price project — you decide whether to mark it up, pass it through, or hold onto it yourself.
Every deploy, whether it’s a plugin update or new feature, goes through the same staging and visual regression process before it reaches a client’s live site.
Agency questions
Do you ever contact our clients directly?
Only if you ask us to, or in a genuine emergency where we can’t reach you. The default is that all communication goes through your agency.
What if we already have a maintenance offering, just informally?
That’s the most common starting point. We usually absorb your existing ad-hoc process — snapshot, staging, testing — rather than asking you to change how you work.
Can we bring specific clients now and add more later?
Yes. Most agencies start with a handful of sites and expand as they see the reporting and process work.
How do you handle client-specific customizations?
Custom code, page builders, and unusual stacks are all normal. We document each site’s specifics during onboarding so nothing gets missed on a routine update.
What happens if a client leaves your agency?
The maintenance plan is yours to reassign, pause, or cancel per site — you’re never locked into a client relationship that’s ended.
Is there a minimum number of sites?
No hard minimum, though pricing and process are built around managing a book of sites rather than a single one-off.
